Send a Site Contributor Invite
and get extra help with your app
Sometimes you need extra help with your app installation, or you are encountering an issue that is easier to address if we can access your Wix editor or your Wix dashboard. In a case like this the best course of action is to send us a secure Site Contributor Invite.
The procedure is very quick and simple:
- Go to your Wix Dashboard and click on 'Site Action' > 'Add Collaborators'
- Enter '[email protected]' for the email, select the role 'Website Designer' and click on 'Send Invite'.
That's it! We will receive the invite after a few minutes and get to work on resolving whatever issue you are experiencing!
