Public or private stats

Controls who can see your data

• If you check 'Private', your stats will be password-protected and you will only be able to access them by clicking the 'Check Stats' link on the Web-Stat menu bar and entering your user ID and password.

• If you check 'Public', your stats will be accessible to anyone from the following URL:

  https://www.web-stat.com/public_stats/account_id.htm (replace account_id by your account ID)

  If Web-Stat is visible on your site, your stats can also be accessed by clicking on the counter, sticker or panel. The click can lead to either of:

  • The main stats menu
  • The All-In-One page, with your favorite reports
  • The Recent Visitors report

  Note that you can make the counter, sticker or panel not clickable at all (BASIC plans and above)
