Setting the timeout

By default the Web-Stat Downtime Monitor will wait 5 seconds for your site to respond to an HTTP connection request. If after that time it has not been given an acknowledgement it will consider that your site is unavailable and send you a warning. If necessary this 5 seconds limit (timeout) can be changed to any value between 1 and 15 seconds
