Canceling your Upgrade
Cancel in a few clicks, no questions asked
Accounts purchased directly from us:
You can cancel your Premium upgrade at any time from the Settings Panel.
Alternatively you can send us an email requesting cancellation using the contact us form in our FAQ. This email must contain your user ID, your password and a statement that you wish to cancel your account.
If you do not remember your user ID, please send the name and last 4 digits on the credit card that has been used to pay for our service. This will allow us to get your user ID from our database.
We will cancel your account within 24 hours of receiving your email. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling and there will be no questions of any kind from us.
Upon cancellation we will send you a confirmation email ; after this email has been sent there will be no further charges on your credit card for the canceled account. Please note that our charges are not pro-rated, so we don't issue refund for unused service, nor do we charge you extra if you cancel in the middle of the billing period.
Web-Stat app for Wix:
If you are using the app for Wix, then we are not the ones charging you: Wix is. You therefore need to cancel from the Wix Dashboard, like this:
- Sign in to your Wix account to access the dashboard.
- Hover over the user panel at the top right and click Billing & Payments.
- Click the Web-Stat app in the subscription list.
- Click Cancel My App next to Status.
- Select Cancel auto renew.
- Click Submit.

Web-Stat app for Shopify:
If you are using the app for Shopify, then we are not the ones charging you: Shopify is. You therefore need to cancel from the Shopify Dashboard, like this:
- Sign in to your Shopify account to access the dashboard.
- Click on 'Apps' in the left menu bar.
- Click on 'Delete' to the right of the Web-Stat app.
- Click on 'Delete' again to confirm.
- Select Cancel auto renew.
