BASIC plans and above

Receive an Excel file with the details of all your recent visitors by email at regular intervals.

BASIC plans can receive the report up to once a week.

PLUS plans and above can receive the report daily.

HIGH TRAFFIC 1 plans and above can schedule the report to be sent as needed to keep a continuous record of all visitors without gaps or overlaps. This allows you to keep a permanent archive on your computer. You will receive a report once a week, or as soon as you have recorded 1,000 new visits since the last report, whichever comes first.

The emails contains both a setup link and an unsubscribe link, so you will be able to cancel or modify the send frequency, as well as select or deselect the reports you want included at any time.
