Control Panel > Watchdog Settings > Cell Phone 1 and 2

Enter here the cell phone number at which you wish to receive any text message alert sent by the Web-Stat Watchdog. Note that your phone number must start with the country code (1 for the US). For a US number you would enter something like this : 1 212 123 4567
